I called copper mountain cart company on Saturday after my cart broke down Friday evening. John came to my home to take a look after he closed shop for the day!! He checked a couple things and scheduled a pickup for Tuesday.On Tuesday Chris & Dan came to pick up the cart and also took a look. They discovered a broken cable on the motor and were able to fix it at my home!! My cart was back running immediately.You cannot have a better customer service experience than this.
